Custom upholstery is made to order for you and right now is taking 8-12 weeks to ship to Strobler from the manufacturer and is not returnable. Please note this does not include delivery times which can take an additional 4 weeks. If upholstery fabrics or frames are backordered, we will notify you ASAP with options to reselect or cancel your order.

Shipping times may vary for lighting, decor, bedding, rugs, tabletop, furniture, and oversized accessories.

Furniture & Oversized Items
Items delivered via White Glove service may be returned within 7 days of delivery, excluding items mentioned above.

Smaller items shipped via UPS or FedEx are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery or pickup, provided items are unused and in original condition and packaging.
