Delivery

Our goal is to deliver your furniture with first-class service and complete transparency from purchase to delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on the item and delivery zip code. Estimated shipping costs for each item will be shown once the item is added to your cart.

Custom upholstery is made specifically for you and typically ships to Strobler, from the manufacturer within 8–12 weeks. These items are final sale and are not returnable. Please note this timeframe does not include delivery time, which may take up to an additional 4 weeks depending on your location. If upholstery fabrics or frames become backordered, we will notify you as soon as possible with options to reselect or cancel your order.

Shipping times may vary for regular items including lighting, décor, bedding, rugs, tabletop, furniture, and oversized accessories typically ship from the manufacturer within 8–12 weeks. Smaller items may ship via UPS or FedEx, while larger furniture pieces are delivered using our White Glove Delivery Service. Free in-store pickup is also available.


Local Delivery

We offer in-house White Glove delivery throughout select areas of South Carolina and surrounding regions. Our experienced delivery team ensures each piece is handled with care, placed in your home, and set up for you.

Local delivery pricing is based on distance from our Columbia, SC location and is determined by your ZIP code at checkout. If your address falls within one of our local delivery zones, your delivery option and rate will automatically appear at checkout.

The delivery fee is a flat rate per delivery, regardless of whether you are receiving one piece or a full truckload of furniture.

All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery. Strobler will schedule your delivery date and provide an approximate one-hour delivery window. This may vary for out-of-town deliveries.

Before delivery, please ensure all walkways, hallways, stairways, and doorways are clear of obstructions. Our delivery team is not responsible for moving or removing existing furniture from your home.

Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, stairways, and into the intended space. If an item cannot be delivered to the designated space, it will be placed in the nearest accessible location or the customer is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Strobler is not responsible for damage to furniture, flooring, walls, or fixtures due to tight spaces or difficult access.

For safety reasons, please secure pets during delivery. Our team is also not insured to hang artwork, mirrors, or lighting fixtures, so installation should be arranged with a qualified professional.

Your are must be free and clear of obstructions. Due to potential liabilities, our delivery personnel will not remove any obstructions. We cannot move or remove existing furniture or rugs.

 

Please inspect your order carefully and confirm everything is correct before the delivery team leaves your home



White Glove Shipping (Outside Local Delivery Area)

For deliveries outside of our local service area, Strobler may utilize trusted third-party White Glove delivery partners. These carriers are experienced in handling furniture and oversized items and will coordinate delivery directly with you.


Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on location and carrier scheduling. While we carefully select our delivery partners, Strobler is not responsible for delays, scheduling changes, or service issues once items are in transit with a third-party carrier.

Pick Up

​ALL PICK UPS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

 

Instead of using our White Glove Delivery service, you may choose to pick up your item(s) from our warehouse. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification letting you know your items are ready to be scheduled for pickup.

 

Your item(s) will not be available for pick up until after you have inspected it. Buyers assume responsibility for any damages not noted at time of pick up.

 

A few things to consider for before picking up:

 

Bring blankets, bungees/straps, or any other moving materials that you might need to wrap and secure your purchase for travel. 

Consider measuring your car opening and inside area to make sure you can fit the piece(s) into your vehicle. 

Please make space in your vehicle prior to pick up for your item(s) to be easily loaded.
